shgtechSHGTech is an initiative of healthy living development society for providing technologies, training and implementation of women empowerment projects. Healthy Living Development Society always brings new technologies and products that can be manufactured by Self Help Groups and later result  in empowerment of SHGs  by connecting them with income generation activity. To adopt this innovation, SHG provides a learning opportunity and training for manufacturing various products.
CSR Projects : We are a Non government organization, catering to the needs of Poor women and adolescent girls in India. We aim to empower needy women by providing them various skill development and vocational training programs that will help them overcome the vicious cycle of poverty.


vcarelogo‘V-Care’ is an initiative of Healthy living development society towards women hygiene and Environmental care, registered in under Trade mark.
       V-care is a joint Initiative of Healthy living Development Society (HLDS) and Women & Child Development (WCD) Indore, which had taken in 2011 by establishing sanitary napkin production unit Under SABLA scheme of GOI. As one of the leading community based brand of rural and semi urban region of Madhya Pradesh-INDIA.

What We Do

  • Keeping up with vision of working for the betterment of society, we have been organizing women health and hygiene awareness campaign at rural and semi urban places of various districts since 2011.
  • “There is no substitute to woman empowerment if we have to bring social equality in this country. If women are unhappy, individual homes, society and nation will not prosper.” Said President Pratibha Patil.
  • As menstrual hygiene has gained importance in the last decade and a half, the affordability and disposal of menstrual products has become a major concern. There is no official data on menstrual waste in India,
  • India is among the “young” countries in the world, with the proportion of the work force in the age group of 15-59 years, growing steadily. However, present status shows only 2% of the total employees in India have undergone skills development
